Until 2001 partner at a German pan-regional law firm; thereafter founding partner of the Munich office of a global US law firm specializing in corporate transactions; from 2009 to 2011 partner of petersdorff keim Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Munich; partner of KKS Keim Kuhmann Schwerdtfeger Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2012.
